There is one thing I can personally do to make me forget about the upcoming book and that is to create a fan-made cover for it. But I am not complaining, who am I to bark or bitch around.? It's a good thing The Slow Regard of Silent Things has temporarily satiated my hunger for the series. And now for the conclusion of The Kingkiller Chronicle, The Doors of Stone, it's already been 4 years and counting and the book isn't out yet. The Name of the Wind was released in 2007 and four years later (2011) The Wise Man's Fear followed. I like rereading but I prefer reading them all as one before I forget any vital detail and get lost in the succeeding story telling. I preferred reading series in one go, because of my memory condition that triggers me to forget anything in a story after a few months. Patrick Rothfuss was an instant favorite of mine when I finished reading The Name of the Wind and The Wise Man's Fear in one sweep.
